and expires with the policies of cancellation of reservation, the corresponding quantity
will be reimbursed to your account or by transfer.
• Reservations for one night are not refundable
• The cancellations must be done at least 7 days before to the date of arrival. Of
being like that, there will be a refund to the client of the half of the total cost of the
reservation.
• The premature exit of the hotel will take as a cancellation and there will be no
refunds.
Special policies for holidays:
• The cancellations in high season (Christmas, New Year, Holy Week, Vacations
and national holidays) will produce a charge of the total amount of the reservation
• For cancellations for a reservation done in any of the holidays mentioned
previously, we will charge the total amount unless the cancellation is done at least with 60
days of anticipation.

solicitud es aceptada y cumple con las políticas de cancelación de reservación, la
cantidad correspondiente será reembolsada a su cuenta o mediante transferencia.

• Las cancelaciones en temporada alta (Navidad, Año Nuevo, Semana Santa,
Vacaciones y fiestas nacionales) producirán un cargo del monto total de la reservación.
• Para cancelaciones para una reservación hecha en cualquiera de los días festivos
mencionadas anteriormente se cobrará el monto total a menos que se haga por lo
menos con 60 días de anticipación.
